  • The loan application consists of 355 fields of data available for input including drop down selectors, text boxes and checkboxes. It can accomodate up to 10 real estate properties. This does not include the liabilites which are imported through the mortgage company's credit vendor.
  • The interactive design provides diagnostics during data input so that the du conversion runs correctly and your import is perfect each time.
  • Diagnostics include date checking, numeric fields only, alphabetic fields only, alpha/numeric fields only, required field lengths for dates (8), SSNs (9), telephone #s (10), zip codes (5). Some fields have a minimum number of required characters. Additional diagnostics will validate dates for year month and day.  Login credential requirements are available through the help icon at registration.
  • The application may be started and saved to database for later completion.
  • The application is submitted on the final declarations page which enables du file generation.
  • After generation of the intial du file, the application may be edited again and further du files may be generated.
  • 1 click du 3.2 file generation which is emailed to your loan processor of choice in seconds.
  • Applications in process or which have been completed are shown in a grid up to 10 on a page.
  • The loan processor maintains passwords for the du files. Each file has a different password according to the formula selected by loan processor.
  • After the loan application taken, the originator will send a customized checklist to the borrower which requests the necessary loan processing items.
  • The customer may login to electronically sign his loan application and disclosures. They will sign an e-consent agreement.
  • The customer may upload his loan documentation into the system, and he will notify his originator when the uploading is complete by clicking a button in his member area.
  • The loan originator may review the uploaded documenatation with the pdf viewer and generate a du file when the application is ready for processing. The processor will receive an email with a du file attachment and a separate email will be sent when the documents are ready for downloading.
  • Should the processor need to make changes to the loan application, he has access to revise the application and generate another du 3.2 file.
  • The processor may select which items to download and a password protected zip file containing the documents will be made available. The loan processor will use his selected formula to open zip file.
  • When ready, a 1003 application may be populated with the stored data from the database. Additional required disclosures necessary to submit a loan to a lender may also be created and made available to the client for electronic signature.
  • The Loan originator can email the customer and the processor. The customer can email the loan originator. The loan processor can email the loan originator.
